University of Bayreuth

Teaching assignment
@ Chair for Entrepreneurship and digital business models
@ Chair for Social Entrepreneurship (freelance project manager)

I was assigned a lectureship for the winter semester 2020/2021. Prof. Matthias Baum and his chair deals with a variety of topics related to the fields of „entrepreneurship“ and „digital business models“ (or „digital transformation“). In this context, a special focus is on generating a better understanding of the strategies, processes and value creation of (high-tech) start-ups, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Since 2022 I am also assigned a lectureship in the newly developed chair on „Social Entrepreneurship“ by Prof. Dr. Eva Alexandra Jakob to built projects for students on impact and sustainable and purpose driven entrepreneurship.

Our teaching is designed to promote entrepreneurial decision-making and develop entrepreneurial skills among students. Therefore, our students learn to plan entrepreneurial activities, develop successful (digital) business models, make the transition from an idea to an innovative company, as well as manage and expand their own business.

KRF – KinderRechteForum gGmbH

Co-CEO & Shareholder

In September 2021 I joined the operational management of KRF – KinderRechteForum to lead and develop the organisation together with founder Üwen Ergün. After my years in the start-up universe, via the insights into a traditional industry & corporate environment, I decided to continue on my path and combine a purpose with entrepreneurial activity – with the KRF KinderRechteForum gGmbH as an investment, it was obvious to bundle my energy there and develop a social entrepreneurship company from the classic non-profit enterprise. I am leading a team of 15 people with foucs on the organizations‘ communications & project development department, as well as business development & strategy.
