As a new digital business unit, GLS/NXT is responsible for GLS’ private consumer business in Germany as well as for developing new digital revenue streams. I am starting a new journey by developing business models to impact the future of logistics!
We are building the next generation of logistic experiences. Core, adjacent & beyond.
Our sphere of interest are the Logistics and eCommerce sector. We are entrepreneurs and hence always start with what our users need. We are located between corporate and startups and leverage the benefits from both (startup speed and corporate scale).

2020 – now
@ Chair for Entrepreneurship and digital business models
@ Chair for Social Entrepreneurship (freelance project manager)
I was assigned a lectureship for the winter semester 2020/2021. Prof. Matthias Baum and his chair deals with a variety of topics related to the fields of „entrepreneurship“ and „digital business models“ (or „digital transformation“). In this context, a special focus is on generating a better understanding of the strategies, processes and value creation of (high-tech) start-ups, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Since 2022 I am also assigned a lectureship in the newly developed chair on „Social Entrepreneurship“ by Prof. Dr. Eva Alexandra Jakob to built projects for students on impact and sustainable and purpose driven entrepreneurship.
Our teaching is designed to promote entrepreneurial decision-making and develop entrepreneurial skills among students. Therefore, our students learn to plan entrepreneurial activities, develop successful (digital) business models, make the transition from an idea to an innovative company, as well as manage and expand their own business.
2021 – 2022
Co-CEO & Shareholder
In September 2021 I joined the operational management of KRF – KinderRechteForum to lead and develop the organisation together with founder Üwen Ergün. After my years in the start-up universe, via the insights into a traditional industry & corporate environment, I decided to continue on my path and combine a purpose with entrepreneurial activity – with the KRF KinderRechteForum gGmbH as an investment, it was obvious to bundle my energy there and develop a social entrepreneurship company from the classic non-profit enterprise. I am leading a team of 15 people with foucs on the organizations‘ communications & project development department, as well as business development & strategy.

Ramenstube – a Popup Restaurant
„Ramenstube“ was a startup like no other: a pop-up gastronomy concept that produced exclusively Japanese Ramen. Together with a chef from a high-class gastronomy, our project wanted to combine German coziness with Japanese cuisine. It was a major success in the ecosystem with more than 1.600 entities sold within 22 days open. Furthermore, we developed a viral marketing strategy together with fashion brand „Von Jungfeld“ and created our own merchandise products. The project lasted from November 2018 until January 2019.
