A few weeks ago, I launched Pinoway—a consulting brand that brings together my work with people in high-responsibility roles. The name itself has a personal story: It’s inspired by Ca’ dei Sei Pini, our country house in Italy, which translates to „the house of the six pines.“ These trees have always held a special place for me – their resilience, their quiet presence, and the way they stand tall yet grounded. That’s the spirit I wanted to bring to my work with leaders.
Why Pinoway?
Leadership today is more complex than ever. Expectations are high, and simple answers rarely suffice. I believe that true clarity and agency don’t come from off-the-shelf methods, but from thinking, reflecting, and working together. Just as the pines at Ca’ dei Sei Pini provide shelter and perspective, Pinoway is about creating space for leaders to see their challenges with fresh eyes and to move forward with confidence.
Who Is Pinoway For?

Over the past decade, I’ve supported executives, founders, and investors, often in situations where the focus wasn’t just on making the right decisions, but on understanding the people behind them.
